Think of death often

Think of death often. The Angel of Death can visit us at any moment. Remember, death doesn’t discriminate between the young or old. None of us knows when death will come to us, and when it does come, it will be too late to do anything.

مِنْهَا خَلَقْنَاكُمْ وَفِيهَا نُعِيدُكُمْ

From the earth We created you (1), and into it We will return you (2), and from it We will bring you back again (3)

Death once asked Life,
“Why does everyone love you, but yet they hate me?

Life responded and it said:
“Because you, Death, you are a painful truth;
While I am a beautiful lie.”
