Surah Luqman

Luqmān is the 31st chapter (sūrah) of the Muslim holy book, the Qur’an. It is composed of 34 verses and takes its title from the mention of the sage Luqman in verses 12–19.

Translation: Alif, Lam, Meem. These are verses of the wise Book. It is a guide and a mercy for the good doers. Those who establish prayer, pay alms-tax, and have sure faith in the Hereafter. These are upon guidance from their Lord. These are the successful.
