Darkness and Light in The Quran
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ وَجَعَلَ الظُّلُمَاتِ وَالنُّورَ ثُمَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِرَبِّهِمْ يَعْدِلُونَ
All praise is due to Allah, Who created the heavens and the earth and made the darkness and the light; yet those who disbelieve set up equals with their Lord.
― Quran 6:1
Allah is the Creator of all things
اللَّهُ خَالِقُ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَهُوَ الْوَاحِدُ الْقَهَّارُ
Allah is the Creator of all things, and He is the One, the Supreme
― Quran 13:16
Allah is the Creator of all things, and He is, over all things, Disposer of affairs. To Him belong the keys of the heavens and the earth. And they who disbelieve in the verses of Allah — it is those who are the losers
―Quran 39:62–63
He is Allah. There is no god but He, the Knower of secrets and declarations. He is the Compassionate, the Merciful.
He is Allah; besides Whom there is no god; the Sovereign, the Holy, the Peace-Giver, the Faith-Giver, the Overseer, the Almighty, the Omnipotent, the Overwhelming. Glory be to Allah, beyond what they associate.
He is Allah; the Creator, the Maker, the Designer. His are the Most Beautiful Names. Whatever is in the heavens and the earth glorifies Him. He is the Majestic, the Wise.

everything in the universe has been created beautiful
إِنَّا كُلَّ شَيْءٍ خَلَقْنَاهُ بِقَدَرٍ
We have created all things in precise measure.
― Quran 54:49
everything in the universe has been created beautiful, with purpose and in proportion and measure, both qualitatively and quantitatively. The traces of divine wisdom and plan underpin each and every aspect of creation.
In the Quran, Allah invites men of understanding/knowledge/intelligence to think about the issues which other people overlook, or just dismiss using such barren terms as “evolution”, “coincidence”, or “a miracle of nature”.
“ Surely in the creation of the heavens and the earth, and in the alternation of night and day, there are signs for men of understanding. those who remember Allah while standing, sitting or (reclining) on their backs, and reflect in the creation of the heavens and the earth, (saying): ‘Our Lord! You have not created this in vain. Glory to You! Save us, then, from the chastisement of the Fire “
―Quran 3:190–191
As we see in these verses, people of understanding see the signs of Allah and try to comprehend His eternal knowledge, power and art by remembering and reflecting on them, for Allah’s knowledge is limitless, and His creation flawless.
For men of understanding, everything around them is a sign of this creation.
قُلْ سِيرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ فَانظُرُوا كَيْفَ بَدَأَ الْخَلْقَ ثُمَّ اللَّهُ يُنشِئُ النَّشْأَةَ الْآخِرَةَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
Say, “ Roam the earth and see how God originated creation, as will God produce a later creation, for God has power over all things.
