Let the human reflect on the food he eats.
فَلْيَنظُرِ الْإِنسَانُ إِلَىٰ طَعَامِهِ
— Quran 80:24
Allah (God) enjoined upon mankind to ponder upon the wonderful way in which their food is formed.
